OnePlus 7 Pro

The OnePlus 7 Pro has just been announced at a starting price of €699. An arguably steep price and certainly a far cry from the low-cost flagships that the company has been known for in the past. Admittedly, with that €699 price tag comes some of the best specifications in any smartphone available today, and it’s still cheaper than comparable devices from Samsung, Google, and Huawei. You get a high refresh rate quad HD display, the latest and greatest flagship Qualcomm Snapdragon 855 chipset and up to (a pretty overkill) 12GB of RAM.  Its lesser sibling (the OnePlus 7) will arrive further down the line, but if you want to get your hands on the OnePlus 7 Pro, you’ll actually be able to pick it up in person at any Three store in the country in the coming weeks.

Three Ireland is no stranger to Chinese smartphone brands having given Xiaomi a platform to release not just their smartphones, but some of their lifestyle products as well. It is unknown whether the newly announced OnePlus Bullets Wireless 2, for example, will also be available in store. While nowhere near confirmed, it’s expected that we’ll see the OnePlus 7 Pro reach Three Ireland stores sometime in the next week or two, especially as the device can already be purchased from OnePlus’ own website.

Those looking to pick up the device in a store or even just to have a look at that 90Hz display refresh rate in person can register their interest at the link above so that they can be the first notified for when it officially arrives here. There’s no information on pricing information yet, but it’s also expected that you’ll be able to get the device on a bill pay plan that you pay off monthly, as Three introduced similar pricing plans for both Xiaomi and Razer. We’ll be keeping a close eye on the Three Ireland launch for the OnePlus 7 Pro!
